Murals in Wat Pho. Bangkok

The huge 46 m long reclining Buddha found his shelter in main vihara in Wat Pho. But 200 years old murals on the walls are also spectacular. Paintings here reach right up to the roof and depict the epic story from Ceylon. Murals paint in Rattanakosin style displayed royal intrigues and love games of jealousy palace dwellers.
